Early Orthodontics Evaluation

The American Association of Orthodontists recommends that children receive an orthodontic evaluation by age seven.

Early evaluation allows us to identify developing bite problems before they become more complex and determine whether early treatment may be beneficial.

We evaluate:
  • Crossbites

  • Underbites

  • Overbites

  • Crowding

  • Spacing

  • Jaw growth

  • Thumb sucking habits

  • Tongue thrust

  • Mouth breathing

Not every child need early orthodontic treatment, but early evaluation allows us to monitor growth and recommend treatment at the ideal time if needed.

Wondering if your child may need braces someday?
